Personal and professional service, smooth and enjoyable stay, great spa and massage, friendly and helpful concierge and doormen. Comfortable room, well-equipped gym, free bicycles, stunning rooftop. Tranquil roof garden. Nice and welcoming staff, particularly Dwayne. Cleaned room, trendy hotel, lovely main bar.

It's really a beautiful hotel on a human scale with a caring staff. It's a very good choice near the park.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, close to many attractions and restaurants. The room I stayed in was spacious and had plenty of storage space for my belongings. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who were always available to assist me.

The location of the hotel was ideal for our family, as it was situated in the Upper East Side, close to museums such as the Metropolitan Museum. We were able to easily explore the cultural attractions of the area. the hotel staff provided excellent service, as they handed us a bill of $20 to fetch a taxi, ensuring our transportation needs were taken care of. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, equipped with a well-maintained bathroom and offering a beautiful view of the city skyline. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from.

I expected more, I found incredible problems. For example, shower did not have cold water (I repeat, cold) for two days, problem was repeated on the final two days. famous roof is not what the advertising boasts and, worst of all, windows do not isolate you from the noise of Madison Av, something unbearable in the early morning. Beautiful hotel, good service, attentive staff, in short. maybe my expectations were too high. Besides, reservation didn't explain an additional charge of $35 a day. Too many imperfections for a hotel of that caliber in the Upper East.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to Central Park and in the best neighborhood. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful lobby and bar area that had a unique artistic theme. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and the tasteful furnishings and comfortable bed made for a cozy stay.

Nothing to complain about at all.

Location, perfect decoration, stone's throw from Central Park. Perfect for an Upper East Side break. Surrey remains intimate and an exclusive place, where you're always happy to return.

A nespresso machine and a small kettle to make tea in the rooms would be welcome.

The hotel is located in a beautiful residential area, very close to Central Park, providing a tranquil escape from the bustling city. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, with cozy beds and clean bathrooms. The staff is attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. Additionally, the hotel offers a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from, making for a great start to the day.

One downside is the lack of ice delivery service, causing inconvenience for guests who require it during their stay.

on our most recent visit, something unexpected happened, made our stay even more nice. Upon check-in, we were kinda surprised to be informed that we had been upgraded to an Ultra One Bedroom Suite. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was luxurious. It was so great.

While there were a few minor issues , such as some missing formal wear and a delay in getting our luggage, the staff quickly resolved these matters and made sure we were taken care of.

Upon arriving at this hotel, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff and the luxurious atmosphere. Here, I indulged in exclusive amenities such as the relaxing body wrap, manicure and pedicure that comfortably rejuvenated me. There was a public terrace around where guests could relax and enjoy the fresh air with a beautiful view.

There were a few communication issues between the staff and housekeeping that resulted in a delay of the room cleaning. the carpet in the hallway could also use some deep cleaning.
